FAQ

Questions, answered.

Who can nominate someone?+
Any approved member of a participating company can nominate a coworker. Approval is granted by your company admin once you sign up with your company email.
How are endorsements weighted?+
Coworker endorsements count ×1, manager ×2, client ×3, and verified officials ×4. Weights reflect the perspective and accountability each source brings.
What does a recognition cycle look like?+
Each cycle has four phases: nomination, endorsement, voting, and award. Cycle dates are set by each company. Points accumulate across the whole cycle.
What happens when a cycle closes?+
Top finalists are crowned and receive a persistent badge on their public profile. The badge travels with them across cycles and is part of their professional record.
Are nominees made public?+
Only when they reach Award Finalist (level 3). Nominees at lower tiers are visible inside their company's workspace but not on the public site.
How does a company join BPP?+
Submit a short onboarding request. Once approved, your company gets a workspace, an admin seat, and its first cycle is set up with the BPP team.
Who runs BPP?+
Best Practice Pool is operated by Pivot Africa — a team focused on the structures that high-performing African organisations rely on.
