    Endorse

    Clients, officials, managers, and coworkers add weighted endorsements. Each source counts differently to reflect perspective.

  3. 03

    Promote

    As points accumulate, nominees move from Activated (0–199) to Recognized (200–499) to Award Finalist (500+).

  4. 04

    Vote

    When the cycle enters its voting window, every approved member votes for finalists across their company.

  5. 05

    Award

    When the cycle closes, top finalists are crowned with a persistent badge that travels with their public profile.
